We ship to Australia, New Zealand and the USA. US orders ship from our Sydney warehouse for US$19, free over US$150, with all US duties and import fees covered. We aren't shipping to other countries at the moment.
When will my order be dispatched?
Order before 12pm AEST on a business day and we dispatch the same day; otherwise it goes out the next business day. Every order ships from our Australian warehouse.
Shipping within Australia
Standard (2 to 8 business days): $9.95 flat rate, free on orders over $150
Express (1 to 4 business days): $13.95 flat rate
Shipping to New Zealand
New Zealand shipping is worked out at checkout based on your order.
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays.
Lost or damaged in transit?
Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered. If it never turns up or arrives damaged, email info@actv8.com.au with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). That's on us, and we fix it at our cost.
Your delivery address
Please give your delivery address a second look at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, reshipping may cost extra.
We make towels that are meant to get used. We want you to love yours, and if something isn't right, we'll sort it out.
Changed your mind? Send it back within 14 days of delivery, unused and unwashed, and we'll refund or exchange it. You cover the return postage.
Faulty? Send us a photo and we'll ship a replacement. You keep the faulty one, so there's nothing to post back.
Wrong item, or it never turned up? That's on us. We fix it at our cost.
