International Shipping

We offer international shipping at a flat rate of $9.95 USD.

Returns & Refunds

Please choose carefully when placing international orders, as refunds can be costly due to shipping and processing fees.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection due to international fulfilment costs.

We only offer refunds or replacements for:

• Items received damaged
• Items that are incorrect or not as described
• Parcels confirmed lost in transit by the courier

Delivery Responsibility

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider. Any delivery issues after this point must be raised directly with Australia Post or the relevant courier.

Address Accuracy
