Shipping Policy and Information
We deliver to Australia, New Zealand and the USA. We aren't shipping to other countries at the moment.
Order before midday on a business day and we dispatch the same day; otherwise it goes out the next business day. Every order ships from our Australian warehouse.
About our midday cut-off
Midday means 12pm Sydney time (AEST, or AEDT during daylight saving), as our warehouse is in Sydney. In Queensland that's 11am while daylight saving is on. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays. Orders placed after midday, on a weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched the next business day.
Shipping within Australia
- Standard: $9.95, usually 2 to 8 business days
- Express: $13.95, usually 1 to 4 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders over $150
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays.
Shipping to New Zealand
New Zealand shipping is worked out at checkout based on your order.
Shipping to the USA
- US$19 flat-rate tracked shipping from our Sydney warehouse
- Free shipping on US orders over US$150
- All US duties and import fees are covered, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery
Returns and refunds
Changed your mind? Send it back within 14 days of delivery, unused and unwashed, and we'll refund or exchange it. You cover the return postage.
Faulty? Send us a photo and we'll ship a replacement. You keep the faulty one, so there's nothing to post back.
Wrong item, or it never turned up? That's on us. We fix it at our cost.
Our goods also come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery responsibility
Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered to you, including if it's lost or damaged in transit (see our Terms of Service). If your parcel hasn't turned up, email info@actv8.com.au with your order number. If your order never turns up, that's on us and we fix it at our cost.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection costs $4.95, or $6.95 on orders of $149.99 or more, and you can add it in your cart. Every order is covered if it's lost or damaged before it reaches you, with or without Shipping Protection. Add it and you also get:
- Express replacement: any replacement we send goes by express post.
- Priority claims: we sort your claim within 1 business day.

Check your delivery address
Please check your delivery details carefully at checkout, as we send your order to the address you give us. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, reshipping may cost extra.
